Gotts Street Park

Had the opportunity to hang out with the widely-respected instrumental quartet Gotts Street Park for a feature for the guys at Loud & Quiet.

I met the guys at their rehearsal spot in Armley, and spent some time shooting some documentary style shots of the guys jamming, which was pretty cool. The room was really tight for space, so I had to tread very carefully (and I still nearly managed to wipe out an expensive-looking drum mic!).

Following my near miss, we headed out around some of Armley's beauty spots to get some reportage-style portraits. The weather was pretty bright, which didn't help for the grimey-feel I was after, but still managed to come away with a decent range of shots.
